If you need rear panel connections, there are 4 X 3/8" holes (standard ¼" jack hole size) on the back panel. On each channel card, directly in back of each XLR connector, is a parallel set of pads for this purpose. Use any high quality balanced cable (Mogami snake cable is great, small diameter…). The standard layout keeps all audio and power completely separate, so running the audio to the back is less ideal, but for practical purposes it works fine.
